From Portland, follow Route 25 East (about 20 miles). Turn left onto Route 117 south. Follow Route 117 for 2.5 miles to sharp turn in the road with yellow highway arrows. |

Walking
directions for following the route:

From the trailhead, follow the rightmost trail. Just above the cemetery, a ridge trail branches to the left and a snowmobile trail branches to the right. Follow the center trail up through steep, eroded ravines. After the ravines, the summit trail will be on the left. |
